Return Policy
What is your cancellation and return policy?
We work hard to offer you reasonably priced high quality accessories. Orders for any items may be cancelled within 24 hours upon placement, by emailing us at info@metalskinnyc.com. **Please note: Subject should say:
“CANCEL ORDER”
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns within 10 days of receipt in exchange for METALSKIN store credit.
Any returned item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Please email us at info@metalskinnyc.com before returning any item, as returns will not be processed without prior approval and authorization.
